Schools and companies are aware of the need to foster global human resources. However, most education programs do not expand this beyond “English” education. Our consultant with experience as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Program (PYP) coordinator will provide the know-how and mechanisms necessary to become a true institution of international education.
Beginning with the Ministry of Education’s preferred program, the International Baccalaureate, international education programs have been steadily increasing. However Japan remains trapped in stereotypes and established norms, and failed attempts at incorporating global machanisms are seen all too often.
Through the merits of international education school staff, students, and even parents grow together. Achieving a tranformation of behavior and consciousness to inspire results by building on the wisdom of past failures to increase the probability of true success.
In our global society, identity will be the strongest merit. Instead of simply copying foreign ideas or the mechanisms of other schools, embracing ones uniqueness is the first step towards creating a school which has something to offer the world.
Our hope is to develop educational innovations alongside such “serious” schools.
